The last amendment of the mine surveying decree for mining activity and some activities made by a mining way, Decree of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic No.1/1993, has been valid in Slovak Republic Placemats since 1993.According practical experience and by applying the mentioned decree in practice, I submit a proposal that could be taken into account in case of any amendment for the mentioned legal regulation.I have arrived at this proposal in virtue of development in the area of mine-surveying BB cream instrumentation and in connection with the use of computer art for creation of mine-surveying documentation.
